Where do you deliver to?

We deliver to all towns and cities in South Africa. On request, we may deliver to an internationa address if a special arrangement is made with us.

What are my delivery options and how much does it cost?

Standard Delivery is FREE for orders totaling R895 or more. Orders below R895 are charged at R100.
You will receive your parcel within 3-5 working days. Unless you live in an outlying area, most orders are delivered by 2 days.

We may use the post office for your delivery should our courier not be able to reach you

‘Rush my order’ delivery is R150 to all major cities.

When will my order be delivered?

With Standard delivery You will receive your parcel within 3-5 working days. Unless you live in an outlying area, on average most orders are delivered within 2 days. You will receive an SMS with a tracking number from our courier, Dawn Wing, or the Post Office should we use them.
With ‘Rush my order’ delivery, you will receive your order between 24 and 48 hours.

Can I change my delivery address after I have ordered?

It’s possible but very unlike to change your delivery address after confirming your order, so please always double check that your address details are correct at checkout. We try to send out orders within a few hours of the order being made so that the packages reach you on time.

To change your delivery address permanently for future orders, you can update your Address Book under your Account profile.

Can I choose a specific time or day for my delivery?

Leave a special note when you order as to when you would like to receive delivery. We will do our best to meet your requests. If we are unable to do so, we will contact you to make an alternate arrangement that works for you and for us.

Will delivery be made to my home?

Delivery will be made to the address you have specified when checking it. This may be your home or work address. Dawn Wing will deliver to your door.
If your package was sent via the Post Offie due to the address being in an outlying area, then your package will be at your nearest Post Office. The post office will send you a delivery note for you to collect. Alternatively, we will issue you with a tracking number to track your parcel.

What are my payment options?

You can make payment via by the following methods:
Credit or Debit Card – payments are securely processed by PayGate.
Bank Transfer – you will receive an invoice by email with our bank details and we will dispatch your order as soon as we receive confirmation of payment.

What do I do if I receive goods damaged or broken in transit?

Your package will leave our premises in good condition. However, goods may be damaged in transit. If you find that any of your supplement bottles or tubs has been opened, tampered with or broken, please contact us immediately on 0723104009 or e-mail orders@optimumwellness.co.za to discuss a replacement on your order.

I am having trouble paying online, what else can I do?

You can place your order online and choose the Direct Deposit payment option. You will be e-mailed an invoice with our banking details.
Please make payment using your invoice number as reference so that we can easily track your payment. You can send proof of payment to accounts@optimumwellness.co.za
The sooner you make payment, the sooner we can send off your parcel.
Payments made later than 5 working days of your order may result on you not qualifying for extra gifts or supplements as mentioned within the time the special was run.

I am scared to shop online. Is it safe?

There is no need to be concerned about using your credit card online. It’s very safe. The payment gateway we use is called PayGate. PayGate has a watertight level of security and operates behind an SSL (secure socket layer) Certificate. All your details entered on the payment page are encrypted and cannot be seen by anyone.
